Andrew Wheeler

Andrew R. Wheeler (born December 23, 1964) is an American attorney and serves as the 15th administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Wheeler is Chairman Emeritus of the National Energy Resources Organization. He is Vice President of the Washington Coal Club.
