
Dr. Laurel Steinberg
Dr. Laurel Steinberg completed her graduate studies in Applied Psychology at NYU. She furthered her Psychotherapy training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), the evidence-based and highly effective form of CBT, at the esteemed Albert Ellis Institute. To better understand and treat the wide variety of issues related to relationships, partnering, and sexuality, she sought specialized post-graduate training at the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists and is a Board Certified Clinical Sexologist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Sexology. To treat patients with Psychosomatic Complaints, she has also completed the Masters Class training programs taught by the Psychophysiologic Disorders Association (TMS/PPD). Dr. Steinberg earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
