
Kitty Block is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Humane Society of the United States and also Chief Executive Officer of Humane Society International. Block has testified before the U.S. Congress, worked with international governments and agencies to draft and enforce conservation and animal protection laws and built coalitions with nongovernmental organizations and industry. She is serving her second term as an adviser to the White House on Trade and the Environment and has served multiple elected terms on the International Dolphin Conservation Agreement International Review Panel, which works with governments on enforcing violations of the agreement.
