Phil Gasper

Phil Gasper is chair of the Department of Philosophy and Religion at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California, a leading member of the International Socialist Organization chapter in Madison, Wisconsin, a contributor to the Socialist Worker, and is a member of the International Socialist Review editorial board.
