Sara Popescu Slavikova

Sara grew up in a small town in Czech Republic. She spent her days around horses, participating in local show jumping competitions, working on a farm and wandering through forests whenever she could. During her early student years, she has worked as a freelance writer for a Czech website about horses, writing articles mainly about grooming tips and health-related topics. She got her bachelor’s degree in animal husbandry from the university in Prague, but not being happy about the factory farming style her school was teaching, she decided to switch her major to environmental science.
