Thomas L. Gowen

Thomas L. Gowen was appointed Special Master of the United States Court of Federal Claims on March 3, 2014. He is a 1971 graduate of Haverford College from which he received the George Miller Award in Political Science. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law. - from Bio link
