Tiffany Gourley Carter

Tiffany Gourley Carter joined the Council of Nonprofits' team in 2016. A native of small-town Western Pennsylvania, Tiffany earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado and her law degree at the University of Hawaii, receiving the CALI Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Organizations. Before law school, she started a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on raising and disbursing funds for educational scholarships and volunteer grants and has since helped create and consult on several 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. - from Bio link
