
Mishka Gora
Mishka Gora is a Tasmanian writer and photographer. She is the author of 'Fragments of War', a novel-memoir about her experiences as a humanitarian aid worker in the former Yugoslavia in 1993. Her main areas of interest are war, conscience, and international affairs and her work on 'St Thomas More's Conscientious Objection' won the 2007 George Yule Essay Prize. Mishka grew up in an agnostic home, became a Christian at the age of thirteen, and entered the Catholic Church at the age of twenty-one. - from Bio link
