Constructive criticism is a great way to build character. It strengthens mental endurance and helps a workplace run smoothly. Hate speech has catapulted historical events towards great goals. Therefore, both ideas are similar.

The argument

Hate speech is often seen as a negative thing that tears people down. It should be received like constructive criticism. Hate speech pushed African Americans to fight for their rights from the 1950‘s to 1960’s. Even the Bible has examples of when hate speech forwarded a constructive agenda. Nehemiah, an Israeli prophet, felt it was wise to protect his people when building the fallen wall in Judah when Sanballat and Tobiah made fun of the Israelites and threatened to fight them while they were unprotected. Without constructive criticism, people wouldn't know how to take care of themselves and be able to handle stressful situations.
